Rotate your photo, clockwise: The base rims on top, which will show the
three character rectangle stamp in vertical. It looks Mandarin-Chinese, with a touch of scripted style. Not simplified version. - James

Three characters read from left to right. I can only recognize the third character, which looks like the word "Tao," meaning Pottery. Most likely the first two characters is the artist/studio name. By the way, what do you think the charger is made of (on the underside)? It looks like some cement variant. - James

James , not sure what it's made of , just looks /feel like stoneware to me , the incised and raised areas are glazed the rest are not .
