Help ID - Is this pottery from India or Thailand? Empty Help ID - Is this pottery from India or Thailand?

Hi: Would appreciate any help on mark IDs. A small ceramic bottle-vase, overlap drippings. Base contains pressed mark, with a few English letters in the triangle area. I can't recognize any letters on the veritcal stamp. Thank you in advance. - James
