E Alvarez Somo , Capodimonte?????? Empty E Alvarez Somo , Capodimonte??????

the base of this bowl has a painted signature reading E. Alvarez Somo (or possibly Soms). Attached is a little guarantee card which reads "This Item is handcrafted in its entirety and is handpainted in the true CAPODIMONTE style by V. Milani for IBIS - ITALY.

I have hit a complete brick wall and cannot find anything out about it. Does anyone here know anything about it?
