Vase? Empty Vase?

Any clues please? Unmarked, the green is very much like the one used by Poole in the 60's/70's, thats just a colour comparison by the way, i'm not suggesting its Poole.

It has a Scandi look about it , palshus did a colour like that as well , but were always marked.
