Yes, it's signed C.H. Brannam Pottery. Right color clay, right colour glazes, and the usual glazed base. Ticks all the boxes.

I suspect it's a c.1920s piece, or earlier if it only has the Royal Barum Ware stamp.

In 1886 Charles registered the name Royal Barum Ware and ensured it was sold by several London firms including Liberty. Charles handed the business over to his sons, Charles William Brannam, and John Woolacott (Jack) Brannam, in 1913. In 1914 C.H. Brannam and Sons became a limited liability company

Although the images from this thread have disappeared you can see one of the black ink stamps if you google images of royal barum ware backstamps. It was a circular with Royal Barum Ware around the top and England at the bottom with C. H. Brannam Ltd in the centre.
Therefore I stick with what I said above, as marks of 1920 and earlier were impressed or inscribed.

I'd always understood that mark was used in the 50s and 60s.
Re: Brannam Ware. C. H. Brannam, Barnstaple/Barum (Devon)
Nice to see a selection Ch Brannam on the web although we also have some William Baron mixed through these pictures. Same town different maker,

Large CH Brannam jug with fish.
Signed on the base, and dated 1891. Also numbered WB 134 - WB stands for William Baron who made it at Brannam before setting up his own pottery in 1894

Re: Brannam Ware. C. H. Brannam, Barnstaple/Barum (Devon)
Do you think this is a Brannam or a Baron ju? The glaze is unusual for Barnstaple pots but the clay is right by the looks of it.

Re: Brannam Ware. C. H. Brannam, Barnstaple/Barum (Devon)
Definitely Brannam, but yes, the glaze is unusual.
Re: Brannam Ware. C. H. Brannam, Barnstaple/Barum (Devon)
A later piece. I've seen them in the blue, but not see the blue mixed with green

Very unusual. I would have guessed 1930's by the glaze.
