glazed wall plate great colours

I promise not to flood the board but I have searched for months for this and have got precisely nowhere.
I don't know the terminology to use and have absolutely no idea how this would be described (bad given my aunt and uncle are potters and I should have taken the opportunity to ask them last time I saw them), so any ideas would be appreciated.

your fish seems to be upside down,usually the result of an infection of the swim bladder but I guess that's not the sort of info you were after

The back of the plate looks similar to Chelsea pottery but the glazes used on the front are like non I have seen from that studio so dunno?

if it is Chelsea it would be 7.5 inches with a 3 inch foot

It is 11 inches in diameter. I took it to an auction room today as we were putting a couple of paintings in. He said they see a lot of them mostly from Belgium. Ah well, I like it but unlikely to find out who it is I guess.

puigdemont?

I was thinking it might be puigdemont unusual colour but has a spanish look

if it is puigdemont then it's the best design I have ever seen,far looser than the examples I have experienced so far

the mixture of painting and scarification goes with puigi

It isn't signed Puigdemont , it has a signature on the base ?(what ?I don't know), the spanish pieces are signed on the underside of the dish not on the base , IMO deffo not Spanish .

Lots to investigate, which is what I have been doing.
Bi Ed, I 'think' the sig could read F Teal. However, after months of searching the nearest I could come up with was Poh Chap Yeap's sig, which is only Yeap and looks remarkably similar. However... I can't imagine, having looked at as many pieces of his work as possible, that this could possibly be by him.
I have looked at the few Puigdemont pieces online and although it looks similar at the back, the few bowls/plates I have seen don't look like this painting/design (but that is probably because I don't like, and wouldn't buy, any of the pieces I have seen online added to which I am really unqualified to comment )
