Footed Bowl - Can anyone help identify? Empty Footed Bowl - Can anyone help identify?

Hi, Can anyone help to identify this footed bowl? I think the mark is for Ugo Zaccagnini but not sure.
Not exactly sure what it is used for or its age - any help would be appreciated

You have the mark correct , I would say 1920's 30's, don't know what it could be for , Bathroom maybe

Thanks for your verification on the mark - I was thinking the same thing - maybe a wash basin but it is only 9 1/4" wide and the porcelain bowl area only 6" - Dont know - Odd item
