ART DECO silver on porcelain

today i bought this fabulous tea set (there are more coffee cups not shown in the pic) which is marked as "Foreign" and Sterling silver on Porcelain. I'm guessing they're probably Czech or German? Can anyone give me a more definite attribution? Sadly, the silver is worn a bit in places, but it still displays fabulously. Also, the cream jug looks like it has lost its lid - which is odd in itself as i've never seen a coffee set that had a lidded milk/cream jug.

i found a couple of sites with variations on this design, but the closest ID i've found so far is that it's probably German.
