UPDATE OCTOBER 2007: Sadly, Barry has not been able to make any more pots in his own workshop since he had to move from Cox Hill
some years ago now. I have not had the heart to update this page until now. He is currently a much-loved maintenence manager in an old
peoples' home in Truro. However he has recently been throwing again courtesy of Pete Swanson at Rosesugeon, and is actively looking for
new opportunities to make pots again... he has new ideas and it would be worthwhile watching this space! ( Which I will do my best to keep
up to date... Nigel Hallworth 2/10/07

Re: Barry Huggett (Cornwall)
jug 10" tall x 5" wide - think it must be the same decor as Dan's mugs above.

no, only joking. But it does mean of course, that neither of you will ever get to own it, cos I ain't selling at that price. Dan your vase is really pretty, but honestly..... the jug has it

Barry Huggett Perranporth Cornwall
Barry Huggett soda glaze lidded jar. Barry moved his workshops from Carnon Downs Garden Centre (with Hugh West ) to the dizzy heights of Cocks Hill , PERRANPORTH. His influences have been John Davidson of Ladock and now , Hugh West, late of of the Carnon Downs Pottery , whose workshop Barry shared .
Again fantastic pottery. He gave up pottery in the 00s, A source says he has recently been throwing again courtesy of Pete Swanson at Rosudgeon pottery.
