Large bottle vase with symbol and makers name ? Empty Large bottle vase with symbol and makers name ?

Can't make out the makers name on this bottle vase, it is 18 inches tall and although it looks brown in the picture, it is actually dark grreen. A far as I can tell the top line begins with an H and the bottom line begins with the letters PA. The symbol above the words could be a flower ? (I'm not getting any better at this!).

try a brass rubbing of the name

Large bottle vase with symbol and makers name ? Mark10Tried the brass rubbing Dan but it didn't work because the lettering in the center is completely smooth, have taken some more photos from different angles to see if it makes the image clearer to anyone.
