50's 60's style vase
Bought this yesterday, would the shape of this be known as freeform? and can anyone help identify its origins/maker? if poss. I can barely see two impressed numbers think it is 3-3? I could be wrong tho.
Inside the pot is a yellowish colour and does have some crazing in the glaze,
My thoughts are maybe Italian or Scandi?.
Thanks
rob

I agree, 1950s German production, I guess Ü-Keramik (Übelacker), late 50s
Provided the number reads "3?3" (383 ?)
the number leads us directly to Ü-Keramik, 300 series of vases.
Please note: No GERMANY stamp !
After 1955 Ü-Keramik gave up stamping the origin (GERMANY) to the base, while other companies as Jasba and Bay changed the stamp from "GERMANY" to "WEST-GERMANY" or "W.-GERMANY".
The 300 series of Fohr vases was stamped GERMANY or MADE IN GERMANY.
So it might be Ü-Keramik.

Many thanks, the number reads 3-3 there is only two numbers to what i can see,
