A West German Vase 70 cm High. Please identify Empty A West German Vase 70 cm High. Please identify

Hi,
I would be pleased if anyone could identify the 70 cm high Vase on the lefthand side of the picture
The one on the right is a Ruscha 331 ca. 60 cm high[b]

It looks like Ruscha Art ,which name I believe now is owned by Scheurich and this would have had a label .
