that's lovely - could possibly be Linthorpe, but i think they usually stamped there factory mark too? possibly?

the shape of the numbers look rather old fashioned, for me it has an art noveau feeling, probably French or Belgian.

I was also thinking it looked a bit like Linthorpe, in the manner of Dresser. But i know next to nothing about this kind of thing :)
