Pottery Decanter with two matching goblets

I bought this set on the internet over the weekend, the decanter is 9in tall, it is finely potted and doesn't have a great deal of wieght to it. There are no marks on the base, can anyone suggest a manufacturer or does anyone recognise this type of ware?

I have seen a quite a bit these stoneware pieces around , possibly cornwall ?
