Help needed to ID studio pottery vase...

hello, and thanks for taking a look! I'm having some trouble IDing this small grapefruit sized vase.. It looks very Danish to me, although I imagine this style was produced by many artists over the years. It is clearly marked, although I am not familiar with the mark, and to be honest I cant make out what it says. EJ? FJ? any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, i was referred to this forum by someone who spoke very highly of vast knowledge of the collectors that haunt it! Thanks.

for the left one no idea, but the right one is a Scheurich piece.
