Dimple Vase Empty Dimple Vase

Picked up this dimple pot today. I've not seen anything quite like it before. As can be seen a nice blue cream
glaze with a hint of brown externally. Drip glaze internally to the neck. Unusual cut to the neck and a cord tied
across it. Don't know if it's suppose to represent a collar but it looks like it. Different.

Marked AH followed by other marks i can't decipher to the base.

Any suggestions?
