Not sure of the maker of this piece, can anyone help? Never seen a planter piece with the blue dot.

Is in for style of hummel for sure, but I would think it's not actually a hummel as the quailty does not seem quite as good in both the modeling and painting. That said I dont have any better ideas :p

A Japanese company named Arnart (actually there seem to be several configurations of this company) did Hummel-like pieces for a time. Could be them.
