red, black and yellow splashy vase for id please Empty red, black and yellow splashy vase for id please

I have not a clue, not marked and don't even know where I 'feel' this might have come from - I thought maybe German but it doesn't feel quite right somehow??
Any help much appreciated. It has red splashes inside the neck but the interior is black also. It is 17cm tall x 11cm wide.
