can anyone please ID this marking? P1000015can anyone please ID this marking? P1000016

This piece of ceramic is approx 200mm tall and heavy( it weighs just over 800 grs ). It has two fishes imprinted on the base which has a flint - like appearance. Does anyone recognise this marking ?
