Small jug, it has some letters inprinted inside the clay on the base but it is impossible to read it, even with talc.

delightful box and cover

Established in 1820 by Isidor Faist, key designers of note were Elfi Stadler and Eva Stricker Zeisel.

Got this a while ago. Base has WMF Scramberg mark, SCHRAMBERG, Handgemalt, Dekor Florida and 30 all stamped on glaze in black. About 10 cms high (give or take 2 cms, not to hand at the moment sorry)

Sixties Schramberger Mystic Pane Vase. Marked 400 Designer is either Elfie Stadler (Designer until 1963) or her successor Solveig Eriksen. Does anyone know please?

Didn't see many images of Schramberg, so that I would add one. Not sure of decor name but think it is Flori, form by Elfie Stadler.

I just bought a Schramberg vase today - white with black herringbone pattern- it is marked in usual way but also with Ges. Gesch. This is in reply to styleinvasion's post/piece which is marked G. Gesh - could be a coincidence but could be a link - however my item is 50s 60s and styleinvasion 's looks 30s?

Now I know I have had this same vase (mine) before ands sold on eBay many years ago but am not at home (away for holidays) to check records or indeed post a picture of my vase.

My guess is G. Gesch is or could be designer - the piece is also marked with REPITA over a cockrel which I am guessing is the design name?

Will post pictures when I get back home in a few days time.

Note - there are currently two or three hundred items of Schramberg on eBay all going quite cheaply. I feel it is very undervalued, especially the high deco and majolica pieces - a bit of a sleeper?

Pepita (actually a checkered woven fabric) is the name of the decor and ges. gesch. is the shortened form of gesetzlich geschützt.

Thanks - I looked the german up and it means protected by law - copyright in our terms.

Decor "Ceylon" dating from 1955 to 57.

Small pitcher.
Dekor "Brazil", 1957/58.

Decor very similar to the TIGRIS decor on Zell pieces .

Yes, that is earlier, 1955-57.
There were lots of similar patterns at the time.
