I've searched all over for this, feeling sure I'd seen the mark somewhere before, but I can't find anything remotely similar now. Any clues as to where I could look country wise, or indeed an id Happy would be fantastic.

found another very similar handsigned including 'Portugal' so I guess she is Portuguese Happy

I have seen similar souveneer ware in Portugal
