without any kind of markings underneath, i think you'll find it hard to pin down a maker. But i would suggest a Stoke area factory, around 1840-50 as this design is typical of the Rococo Revival/Neo-Rococo style.

although, on closer inspection, it could be later 1800s as it has similarities to pieces by Beleek and other factories who had a fascination with Shell forms. God, i really need to clear my thoughts before coming out with these crazy ideas!!!!

It would appear there are marks/numbers on the base , could it be sylvac?
