A nice find
After decorating a bedroom we needed some art on the wall,I had a root around in the cupboards and found this 1970's painting with a dirty frame which was missing three corners due to chipped plaster.
After a bit of filling and sanding the frame was clean,I had sanded off the dirt but left some of the age related yellowing so the frame didn't look too new.

That's a great picture, love it! It's like looking at things growing and dividing under a microscope, the kind of picture that starts to move after you've been looking at it for a while.
