Bill Gibb
I bought this gorgeous, large framed print/poster this weekend -
From the information I have read online -
Bill Gibb was born in Fraserburgh, Scotland on 23 January 1943. He studied at St. Martin's School of Art, London from 1962-66 then the RCA, London, 1966-68. He opened his first shop in Bond Street London in 1975. Awards were Vogue Designer of the Year, 1970; ITV Best Fashion Show award, London, 1979. Fellow, Society of Industrial Artists and Designers, London, 1975. He died on 3 January 1988 aged 44, in London.

Lovely! I remember my Mum had a Bill Gibb dress - asymmetrical hemline, very floaty - not completely dissimilar from the one in your poster.
