Large floor vase with unknown signature. Empty Large floor vase with unknown signature.

Yet another large vase with signature on base. I think I have seen this sig. on another piece in this forum, without an id. I am hoping someone recognizes it. It is 40 cm. tall and has a bad repair at the lip. We want to get it restored, but would like to know who did it before we do it.
