Mocha Ware small vase, DHC mark and SC mark Empty Mocha Ware small vase, DHC mark and SC mark

Picked this up at my local fleamarket recently but cant seem to find the makers marks? Anyone have any clues? Very similar to Boscastle but not their mark. Size is approx 3" tall.
