H J Wood (England)
This looks and feels like Hornsea pottery but unfortunatly the mark on the base just reads Made in England along with 1046 impressed, measure's 7.5" high. If Hornsea, my next question is, Is It designed by John Clappison?

Dark green H J Wood land mine (or UFO) with geometric symbols, 9" diameter:
Stamped with a crown beneath which is H. J. WOOD LTD BURSLEM ENGLAND
with a mold stamp which appears to read 1120.

Nearly so many things... H.J.Wood/Radford
These two lamp bases remind me of so many other things: later Clarice; Falcon ware; CSA; Shorters. Has anyone got any more concrete ideas about their origin.
