I've just serendipidously found the mark of Anne-Marie Greengrass which this could be.

It popped out of the pages of good old Yates-Owen and Fournier. I'm not 100% convinced though.

That's the trouble with Yates-Owen & Fournier - it can easily mislead, without meaning to.

The bowl has been annoying me ever since you listed it, as it is a very interesting piece, with a mark that I have seen before. That could mean that it is a mark of a maker that I know or, more likely, one than has frustrated me in the past.

All I can say with any certainty is that it is not by Ms. Greengrass.

I think that you might be right about Mark Melbourne but I can't find a pot with his mark to confirm. He does have a web site so you could try emailing him climberg64.
