Decorative Vase Empty Decorative Vase

Hi.

Can anyone id this lovely Porcelain hand painted vase, It's unglazed(Bisque)on the outside, honey glaze brown on the inside with a strange mark on the base, and I do not think It's a number, possibly Oriental/Asian or it could be English/Euro. Size/D 8.5" High.

I have one of these. Made in the Persian/Iznik technique of covering in a coarser grained porcelain paste which is then decorated. They're modern, made in Turkey, Iran, Pakistan or India.
