porcelain bowl measuring 6 inches in diameter,I have owned a few pieces with this mark but can't track down the potter Frustrated

Looks like Alice MacFarlane's mark, but the description in the book (yay, yes I found my book just now!!!) doesn't match your description. But may be worth a look.

thanks m,I have found 3 or 4 bits of info relating to Alice but they all point to it not being her porcelain bowl
