R.B Alcobaca - pink flowers
Hello! I found this Little pink rose which seems to be from Portugal - R.B Alcobaca. I saw an old thread in here about Alcobaca ( citat ):
"Raul da Bernarda & Filhos Lda was originally established in Alcobaca in 1875 and was recently closed, as happened to a large number of Portuguese pottery factories during the last years.
R.B. was taken in 1900 by Manuel Ferreira da Bernarda and became the most important factory in Alcobaca, a small town with a large and relevant pottery production. By the middle of the century, the factory had about 50 employees and began to export. The pieces I'm going to post are from this period, they have a graphic appealing, strong colours and a humourous feeling."
What I would like to know if is anyone can tell how old this pink flower could be? What time is it from? It might be from the time when they started to export. I could be wrong ofc. What do you think?
All reply will be received with a big hug ^^

Re: R.B. - Alcobaca (Portugal)
The bio. says they started to export in the 50s, which presumably is when they would have added the Made in Portugal line to the backstamp. It looks 1960s style to me, but that's just a guess, I'm afraid.

Thank you. Yes, I thought it had to be a newer one. The older has a handwritten stamp. Thank you Naomi ; )
