Hanpainted Noritake vase of great beauty - roses to ether side with foliage and gilt all over on a blue ground - Blue Noritake mark to base dates it from 1900s to 19202 (I think) Any ideas

Any idea of age - I looked up the website and it said 1900s 1920s

1949 Maruki Mark, Noritake Made in Japan.

It would appear you are right Peter Maruki mark in blue 1949
