All I know is this dish is called Saga - what does the FF stand for FigioFlint Norway? also notice a blue stamp under the black - whats that all about

It's Figgjo Flint , the blue bit looks just like a stamp that was unclear when originally put on , hence the overstamp .

I do google a lot and get lots of info that way as well as a large library of books - but its more fun to share my questions with a board such as this - Ive only been a member a few days and already find it very exciting and informative.
