Ceramic basket, maybe German, Art Deco/Bauhaus ? Empty Ceramic basket, maybe German, Art Deco/Bauhaus ?

Hi to everybody.

I'm having a hard time determining the origin of the ceramic basket.
It's 29 cm long. There's a "D233" mark below.
I've spent like two hours trying to find info but have been quite unlucky until now.

As far as now, I've come to those conclusions :
- It's likely pre-WW2
- It's obviously influenced by Art Deco.
- It could eventually be German (here, I may be 100% wrong).
- The decoration made of those black stripes is not perfectly linear so that's a bad sign maybe.

I wonder if anyone has any clue about this piece ?

Thanking you in advance for your clever thoughts.

Well my not so clever thoughts are that the 06 75 could be the date , I don't think it's pre war and it's a studio piece , ed

"It's likely pre-WW2" agree, poss. pre-WW1, about 1910,
likely 1920/25, not later than 1930, time frame 1910 / 1930.

"It's obviously influenced by Art Deco." agree, German / Vienna Art nouveau style about 1910, early Art Deco

"There's a "D233" mark below" Should be the decor-nr.

"It could eventually be German" I guess it´s German but could be from Austria as well. (Powolny !)
cf. Wächtersbach style, dishes, vases, pitchers, cake boxes (it isn´t W´bach though), Ads about 1920 with the oval line of dots around the name Wächtersbach !
Great influence to pitchers & boxes from C&E Carstens Elmshorn, C&E Carstens Gräfenroda, Tonwarenfabrik Schwandorf, also Sörnewitz, Wttenberg und many others.

"black stripes is not perfectly linear so that's a bad sign maybe."
I don´t think so, hand-painted stripes can´t be perfect, even with stencils.
