What is the produce mark of the tureen? Empty What is the produce mark of the tureen?

The writings are in French, the beautiful pictures are from Luxembourg? The produced period is after 1903, because the bridge /Pont Adolphe /was built 1903.

I think it was made for the Luxembourg tourist market, French and German are spoken there
