Re: Carlton Ware (Wiltshaw & Robinson) Stoke
They do seem to have been made after 1968 when Arthur Wood took over Carlton Ware and the first significant range of wares after that was Wellington that was introduced in 1971. However, they don't appear to be from that range so.............. I'm stuck!

I believe that they from the 1960s pre- Woods takeover in 1968.

They also did coffee pots in the same design

Re: Carlton Ware (Wiltshaw & Robinson) Stoke
I think it depends on the back stamp as to whether it's an original set made in the 70s-80s or a later edition . Can we have a photo of their marks, please.

Found this, for a similar set -
A Carlton Ware Lustre Pottery Walking Ware Big Foot tea set designed by Roger Michell in the late 1970s and including the rare sugar basin, lid and milk jug. The Bigfoot range were only produced for a short while before Carlton Ware closed in the mid 1980s. These complete sets are scarce.
All the pieces are in good undamaged unrestored condition and all are marked to the bases with the semi-circular combined back-stamp for Carlton Ware and Lustre Pottery.
Dimensions :
height of teapot : 8 inches
height of sugar basin : 5 inches
height of milk jug : 3.75 inches
(cf. Walking Ware A Collector's Guide by Julia Michell pp.42 - 43)

I see this photo is being used elsewhere. Are you sure you're the owner? (We have to be careful of copyright).

The backstamp dates it to between 1967 and 1989.
