Please help ID this house Empty Please help ID this house

I know it might be a long shot but I have to ask. I bought this pottery house a little while ago but no one I know, despite being on the Suffolk border, has been able to ID this piece yet. I have seen two other buildings but even the owners of them knew nothing.

The house is large about 10 inches by 4 inches and 5 inches high it has a good set of marks but still no ID The image has been squashed

The marks are 78 in a square 1978?? CS in a square Suffolk and what appears to be an incised pair of letters. Thanks for looking
