Anyone help with Clare foster Phillip Graving prcelain plates for Liberty?

Can anyone give me any further information on these two plates that I own. The porcelain plates appear to be hand painted and measure10.5 inches in diameter and the signatures are freehand ( I say this because when I compare both plates, the signatures have slight variations.)

I am assuming that they are for Liberty’s of London, however I cannot find any further information about them, the artist, the age of the plates and their rarity in terms of are they limited edition? I don’t want to place an order for a yacht if they are not going to pay the deposit! Joking apart, the value is not important; I really would like to know a bit more about them please.
