Just need a possible age on these..please (Dresden vase x 2)

each about 3.5 inches. Not a pair. They two seperate. Theyre both Dresden but any idea of the age they look in too good condition to be pre 1945.

The black script on the base would suggest 1913, but like you I think they're far too clean to be that old, especially on the underside where you'd expect to see an accumulation of dirt and scratches. Also, the stamped crowns and initials are unlike any of the Dresden marks in my book, but it is admittedly an old book (1970) so I wouldn't expect it to be a comprehensive guide.

i think the mv under crown mean mueller volkstedt still unsure of age
