Oil pastel artist POPOV Empty Oil pastel artist POPOV

I would appreciate some help to identify this artist POPOV. These are oil pastel on heavily toothed paper. Both are approx. 40cm x 30cm and are in a moden cubist style, perhaps c.1970. Thanks for any help.
