Any suggestions as to what and who !!!. Empty Any suggestions as to what and who !!!.

Have had this some time and still no joy as to which region or who made it !!!. It's approx 2.1/2inches high x approx 2inches at it's widest. Glazed to the inside, and a matt finish on the outer with an etched design. Is it possibly Japanese !!!. Shrugs
