I have my doubts to be honest bistoboy. Her marks always seems to be "Tollow" painted and the work is unlike anything I have seen by her (online).

In my opinion the vase looks like one of those pots somewhere between amateur and professional.
I'd be inclined to think this is a nice amateur piece.
