My guess would be Arran Pottery in Scotland.

I can't tell what the seal is/says, can you make it out?
This looks a bit like an Arran vase on "the bay", may be worth you having a look.

Can't make seal out at all Potty !, looked at it from every angle and height !. with and without light and shade !, but i still think that is the seal mark. Will go look at " the bay ". Cheers . .

Looks very close, but can't say for sure.
Hopefully someone who knows more will be able to attribute it (as sure as one can be anyway) or not.
