It has Germany but please do you know the maker. Is it Dresden? There's an M and B on the ends of the crossed lines. There's also an impressed mark.[img] German Mark 20111113

"Dresden" is the area figures like this were produced for a long period, but the term is often used to represent many factories in that area.

I think your figure is a much later figure than the figures usually associated with the term "Dresden figure".

I would guess post 1950 (would think later still with the use of "Germany"), but how much later I don't know.

I'm no expert though, so I may be wrong, but this would be my opinion.
