Any thoughts on maker?

I've had this vase for a while now & have always been curious as to the maker. A number of dealers have looked at it & thought it looked familiar but are unable to put a name to it. The mark on the bottom is indistinct even though in the picture it looks like you could read it. It is stoneware, in the style of Fulham etc, with incised decoration. Any thoughts on a maker would be much appreciated. Thanks.
