Unknown T Bowl
This is a repost as the picture links did not work. I hope someone may be able to help me identify the maker of a teabowl that I have had in my collection for quite some time. The teabowl is around 3 3/8 inches across the rim and stands some 2 3/8 inches high. I would appear to be made in a high fired stoneware which has a matte red/brown colour. The inside is a matte pearl/grey while the exterior has various tones of brown from tenmoku around the foot and becoming lighter towards the top. The bowl has an impressed mark to the inside of the foot rim but one I have not come across before, however the photos are a very good likeness and I hope that someone may be able to help with the identification. My biggest worry is that although I followed the instructions for uploading photos nothing went as it said in the information section and I have no idea if any of this will be uploaded! Anyway, here goes. Thanks in advance. stillscurrying. The URL's are https://servimg.com/view/17117455/1 https://servimg.com/view/17117455/2

Re: Unknown T Bowl
I was able to see the teabowl using the link here but don't have any idea about who made it. An image of the foot ring might help with an ID but I am not too hopeful.

Re: Unknown T Bowl
Hi studio-pots. Thanks for the reply. I am not too sure whats coming up on your screen but I do certainly have 2 links to the item I have posted and the second one shows the potters mark under the base. I would be most grateful if you would try to look again and if you could confirm wether the secon photo is there or not. Many thanks, stillscurrying
