Danish? Certainly has a Danish retail sticker on it - Urbanite, Copenhagen. 4" tall; it is stamped 'AB'. Quite possibly Anne Black: http://shopanneblack.com/101-seam-vases.html

Interesting that it confirms a gut feeling I had that this is a "designed by" piece - made in Vietnam.
