Small Blue (pewter) Lidded Bowl Empty Small Blue (pewter) Lidded Bowl

I am wondering if anyone recognizes this bowl. If it is old, I was thinking it might have possibly been used for makeup powder. I am not even sure that the Pewter top is correct. It doesn't look as old as the Bowl, and maybe that is the answer that it is not old at all Doh! . Thanks!
