I have no clue on this one. From my completely untrained eye I would say Mexico, except for the name.
Anybody? Even a educated guess would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info Herc, I always enjoy reading about an artist whose work I enjoy. The only thing better is figuring it out on my own. I think I was looking up Kolwitz, Google didn't catch that one.
