Oil on canvas of Mare and Foal any Ideas on Artist cant read signature !!!

Hello, and thanks for taking a look at this painting.
Recently bought for very little as was drawn to it even though im not a Horsey type at all.
Has some signes of age due to cracking of paint and discoloration of canvas from the rear.
Cant fathom the signature i read it as Ousn Milles but after days and days cant find anything like it.
So any ideas ?? hopefully a fresh look from new eyes might see another option i havent tried.
